Provide the prerequisites before enabling Ads for a new title. Quote the bullets.

Before enabling Ads for a new title, here are the key prerequisites:
• Set up Amazon Ads settings in the **Ads Config → General Tab**, which include:
- SDK Key
- Interstitial ID
- Banner ID
- Leaderboard ID
For both iOS and Android platforms, you'll need to configure:
- `ads_amazon_ios_sdk_key`
- `ads_amazon_ios_interstitial_id`
- `ads_amazon_ios_banner_id`
- `ads_amazon_ios_leaderboard_id`
- `ads_amazon_android_sdk_key`
- `ads_amazon_android_interstitial_id`
- `ads_amazon_android_banner_id`
- `ads_amazon_android_leaderboard_id`
**Important Notes:**
- These settings are now located in the **Ads Config** section instead of Game Settings
- All previous Amazon Ads settings have been migrated to this new location
- Existing overrides will be preserved to maintain current behavior
